At StorageBox, you can securely pay using a credit or debit card through our online system. For long-term personal storage, we also accept bank transfers or convenient monthly direct debits.

After we drop it off, you will have between 4 to 24 hours to pack your box. If you schedule your delivery for a Friday, you get to keep the container until Monday morning for extra weekend packing time!

We will then return to collect it at a time that works for you. Everything will be locked securely, so you don’t even have to be home when we pick it up.

For apartments or homes without easy parking, we offer a “load upon arrival” service where our driver waits safely while you load your box.

No problem at all. Just call our team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to reschedule your collection slot with our available drivers.

You have two easy options:

1. Email us to arrange a delivery time, and we will bring your personal storage unit directly to your requested address (standard delivery fees apply).

2. Email us to find out which secure warehouse your container is held in, and book a time to meet us on-site (€20 access fee applies).

We offer complete flexibility. We have residential customers who use our mobile units to store excess personal belongings for just a few days during a move, up to several years for long-term storage needs.

This depends entirely on the volume of items you have. Generally, our standard size is perfect if you are moving or clearing out an apartment, while our larger size can comfortably accommodate up to a 3-bedroom home’s worth of furniture.

For safety reasons, there are specific items you cannot place inside your unit:

• Hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials and liquids

• Perishable goods or food items

• Waste products

• Live plants or animals

Absolutely. If you find you need more space to store excess personal belongings, simply get in touch and we will drop off another container.

Don’t forget that you receive discounted rates when renting more than one box!.

Yes, we cover insurance to the value of  €5k on each Standard StorageBox & €10k on the large StorageBox, which covers major risk like Fire or Flood. Customers are advised however, that this does not cover damage to any of your effects due to the manner which they are loaded – containers will be subject to a small amount of movement and should be packed in a manner so as to prevent damage.
